Preparation

Your process with us starts in the privacy of your own home in the form of a confidential client form which you fill out ready to bring with you to your first session.

Filling this out at home saves your time and money in the session as this takes approximately one hour. It also gives us the background we need to make your sessions with us as productive as possible.

Session times

The first session face to face takes approximately 2½ hours. In the first session we take some additional time to explain what you have actually tbeen experiencing in your depression/anxiety symptoms and – mostly importantly – the mechanism of the techniques we use.

Second and subsequent sessions are normally only 2 hours in duration.

The first hour

The next hour or so is the main part of the session, during which old emotions are safely released permanently.

This is done using a revolutionary defence displacement technique, based on a particular breathing pattern that dissolves the barrier between the conscious and unconscious
levels of awareness.

You do not lose consciousness or experience ‘going under’ as in certain forms of hypnotism. This technique enables people to become conscious of what has to that point been in the unconscious realms of their mind. These old unconscious thoughts and their attached emotions are the true cause of what results in the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

This section of the session is done laying down with the eyes closed.

The next half-hour

The next half an hour is also done laying down with the eyes closed, during which another revolutionary technique is used to uncover old memories and their resulting behavioural decisions that were made very early in childhood. This occurs more on the mental level of the unconscious realms of the mind. These are also major contributors to the true cause of anxiety and depression.

The last half-hour

The last half an hour is a quiet time of integration during which the insights and liberated emotional energy do their job of rejuvenating and clarifying the mind and energy system.

It is usually a time of deep relaxation and can be extremely pleasurable for many people. This time also includes a debrief with the therapist / facilitator about the insights and experience gained and how it relates to your symptoms.
